Mobile Zone Refund Policy

At Mobile Zone, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refund

1. Refund Period: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase.
2. Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a refund, the mobile device or accessory must be:

• In original condition (no scratches, dents, or signs of wear and tear).
• Accompanied by the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
• Free from any personal data. All data must be erased, and any locks (such as Google or iCloud) must be removed.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift Cards or store credits.
• Software and apps.
• Accessories that have been opened and used (such as chargers, earphones, screen protectors).
• Items sold under a Clearance or Final Sale policy.

Refund Process

1. Return to Store: Bring the item to the Mobile Zone location where the purchase was made, along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to determine if it is eligible for a refund. If approved, we will process your refund.
3. Refund Method:

• If purchased via credit/debit card, the refund will be credited back to your card within 5-7 business days.
• For cash payments, a refund will be issued in-store immediately.
• Exchange Option: You may also choose to exchange the product for another of equal or lesser value.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of up to 10% of the item’s price may apply to returns of opened products. This will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is found to be defective or damaged through no fault of the customer, Mobile Zone will offer a full refund or exchange at no additional cost, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
